What do I need to set up the table?

Absolutely nothing! All of our tables are constructed in a modular form that is held together by a single pin, thus requiring no tools for assembly.

How do I replace any part of the table?

Our tables are designed so that most visible parts of the playing surface are independently replaceable. Just use our patented glide bar system from the underside of the table surface, behind the dealer area.

How durable are the wood surfaces?

We don't use particle board! All trim options and any plywood surfaces are made from solid materials with a minimum of three coats of a clear poly-acrylic finish. As with any wood surface, wear is determined by the amount of traffic it endures.

How heavy is the table?

Weight is based on the design of the table. Most designs are approximately 500 lbs. - 700 lbs. to start. The weight can be increased by the addition of stones, metals and tiles.

How do I replace any damaged fabrics?

All finished tables come with a replacement set of fabrics. During the time it takes to replace or repair any original piece, the spare can be used in its place.

What is your warranty?

Our warranty is a relationship with you, the customer, for the duration of your ownership of any individual table. Whether it's one year or ten years, we'll be there for you. Our guarantee is your complete satisfaction — meeting and exceeding your expectations.

How long do your tables last?

Depending on design and frequency of use, the life of your table can vary. We offer a guarantee that your table will last a minimum of 2 years. Mechanical parts will last for the estimated time frame allotted for each individual part.

How long does it take to receive an order?

The length of time from order to delivery varies, depending upon the specifications of your table(s). Keep in mind that all finished products are individually hand crafted, with no tolerance for error. Based on that, you will not receive your order until it is perfect!
